I never set out to build a brand.
I was just trying to survive.
When I lost my wife—my partner of over 30 years—I lost more than just a person. I lost the rhythm of my days, the future we'd imagined, and the version of me that existed when life felt whole.
I was in a new state, halfway across the country, in a house that never quite felt like ours, faced with a couple of badly needed surgeries, and staring down a mirror I barely recognized.
And honestly? While I cared a lot about wellness back then, I didn't prioritize it for myself, as I put others' needs ahead of mine.
I cared about getting through the next hour.
But somewhere along the way, the fog started to lift.
Certainly not because I had some magical breakthrough, which rarely happens to me, as I usually have to grind everything out to its conclusion.
But because I started moving (well, give me a little grace and let's call it moving, please.)
👉 I walked - sort of.
👉 I started going to the gym, even when I could barely lift anything,(then when I started to feel that I could lift something decent, I completely tore my shoulder up on a cable machine – surgery to piece it back together followed.)
👉 I changed how I ate. No more garbage in, garbage ... well, you know how that goes.
👉 I lost over 160 pounds (still losing as I have 35 lbs more to go!)
👉 I took my supplements as I was deficient in a lot of ways.
👉 I showed up for myself every single day. Some days were better than others, but at least I was consistent.
And in the process of rebuilding my health, something unexpected happened:
I started to feel like myself again.
Not the same me.
But a man who had been through the fire, and came out, forged—not finished.
And that's where mywellness.health was born.
Not from a business idea.
Not from a whiteboard or strategy meeting.
From my real life.
From grief. From sweat. From pain. From healing. From the daily discipline and grind of putting one foot in front of the other. And from the realization that I wasn't the only one who needed this.
So I built a place where others could find the same hope I had to fight so hard to reclaim. Enter mywellness.health

Because I've been there.
And I built this for you.
🛠️ The Tools I Wish I Had
When I was at my lowest, I would've given anything for a space like this. I had to piece together my supplements from many different places, but I was getting an unknown quality. I noticed many products contained fillers and other ingredients that our bodies shouldn't have.
So I researched and created a place with clean, high-quality supplements I could trust. I had a regular doctor appointment the other day, and talking with my doc, we discussed my blood work from my annual exam from a month or so ago, and I mentioned that the 50-60 markers he checked all looked good, and he said, and I quote, "No, they were awesome. Nothing was out of range." It's great to hear that my hard work in the gym, at the dining table, and in taking mywellness.health supplements are paying off. Empirical proof that mywellness.health supplements and other factors are making a positive impact on my body.
In addition to creating nice, clean, and natural supplements, I made a place that didn't preach perfection about our bodies and our workout routines, but encouraged progress.
A place where I didn't feel like the odd one out because I was starting over at 60.
That's what mywellness.health is.
A community. A support system. A reset button.
And it's yours.
